As a Coating & Heat Treatment Operator, you will be responsible for specialized coating and thermal processing operations on critical aircraft engine components. Your work directly contributes to the performance, durability, and reliability of parts used throughout the global aerospace industry.

What Will You Do?

As a Coating & Heat Treatment Operator, you will perform and control specialized production processes within our coating and thermal processing department.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Performing coating and heat treatment processes according to established specifications

✅ Operating, setting up, and monitoring furnaces and process equipment

✅ Preparing, processing, and inspecting aerospace components

✅ Conducting quality inspections and process measurements

✅ Working in compliance with strict safety, quality, and environmental standards

✅ Identifying and investigating process deviations

✅ Contributing to continuous improvement, Lean, and 5S initiatives

✅ Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused professional who enjoys working in a technical environment.

Qualifications:

• VMBO, vocational, or MBO-level education, preferably in a technical field
• Experience with chemical or industrial processes, preferably within high-tech manufacturing or metalworking
• Experience working with tight tolerances and strict safety requirements
• Experience with coatings, furnaces, or heat treatment processes is highly desirable
• VCA-VOL certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain it)
• Proactive mindset and a continuous improvement attitude
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail
