AI Programme Manager

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead our strategic AI scaling programme , transforming manual operations into secure, AI-driven services. This role will deliver measurable value across our technology transformation and shape how we integrate artificial intelligence at scale.

What You Will Be Doing

You will work closely with programme sponsors, senior service unit leaders, and delivery teams to execute our AI scaling programme . Operating across multiple parallel workstreams with substantial investment commitments, you will orchestrate business and technology teams to deliver tangible transformation outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end execution across programme workstreams with clear priorities and measurable progress
• Own programme control, governance, and senior stakeholder reporting for timely decision-making
• Deliver tangible value through rigorous outcome tracking and course-correction capabilities
• Orchestrate stakeholders and manage dependencies across business and technology teams
• Support change adoption with clear ownership and sustainable delivery models

About You* Experience leading large-scale technology transformations, preferably AI solutions or workflow automation

• Strong delivery track record with transformation programmes involving €20m+ budget and/or 50+ FTEs.
• Understanding of operating models and translating technology initiatives into business outcomes
• Ability to orchestrate senior stakeholders across complex organisational landscapes
• Clear and structured communication skills for creating decision-ready materials
• Problem-solving mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and removing delivery blockers
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and AI landscape navigation
