  • Continuously improving Operational Excellence systems and approaches to meet evolving business and manufacturing needs.

To succeed in this role, you likely bring:

  • A master's degree or higher in a scientific or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience driving Lean implementation, operational excellence, and sustainable performance improvements within process manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated success applying Lean principles and methodologies to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong experience with strategy deployment, Hoshin Kanri, workshop facilitation, change leadership, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across organizational levels, from shop-floor teams to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills, visual management capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A collaborative and coaching-oriented approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across functions, sites, and regions.

Additional experience that would be advantageous:

  • Lean maturity assessments in multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Global manufacturing experience.
