Your Mission

As Commercial Managing Co-Founder, you'll become one of the key leaders responsible for the next growth phase of YOUNG Workspaces.

Working directly with the founders, you'll define strategy, execute growth initiatives and build an organisation capable of scaling internationally.

You'll take ownership of both commercial performance and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Increasing occupancy across all locations.
• Optimising profitability and commercial performance.
• Developing high-performing sales and marketing strategies.
• Building strategic partnerships with landlords, investors and developers.
• Identifying acquisition opportunities and new workspace locations.
• Leading expansion into new cities and countries.
• Creating scalable operational processes.
• Building and leading an ambitious commercial team.
• Acting as a true entrepreneur inside the business.

Who We're Looking For

You don't necessarily have the perfect CV.

But you do have the right mindset.

You're entrepreneurial.

Commercial by nature.

You enjoy making deals.

You create opportunities where others see obstacles.

You take ownership.

You move fast.

You're comfortable with uncertainty because you've learned that's where growth happens.

Ideally you have experience in one or more of the following:

• Coworking
• Hospitality
• Commercial Real Estate
• Flexible Offices
• Business Development
• Scale-ups
• Franchise Development
• Commercial Leadership

You speak fluent English.

Spanish is a strong advantage.

Dutch is appreciated, but certainly not required.

Your home base will be Valencia, Spain.

But your playground is much bigger.

As we continue expanding, you'll regularly travel across Europe to explore acquisitions, open new locations, build partnerships and accelerate growth.
