Global e-commerce intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global E-commerce Intern to support key digital initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will work closely with the E-commerce team to coordinate project activities for our e-shop development and E-categories optimization projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, tracking, and execution of B2B e-shop and E-categories projects, including maintaining task trackers and documentation, and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Support day-to-day operations of global e-commerce platforms, including assisting in content updates across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational inquiries
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and project processes
• Support process improvement initiatives and documentation for e-commerce workflows
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports, including data collection and basic analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Available for 40 hours a week.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Data/Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong interest in E-commerce and project management fields.
• Analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Pack Office
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Are able to work 4 days a week from the office in Oosterhout.
