The responsibilities of this role include providing the HR team with administrative support as needed, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from hiring to offboarding, creating reports and presentations of various processes, and running individual topics and projects that may arise during the work period.

Your responsibilities

You are participating in current topics of Human Resources in general

You support with administrative tasks, such as concluding employment contracts or updating personal data within SAP SuccessFactors

You will be a part of the whole recruiting process starting from creating job advertisements to supporting the onboarding of our new starters

You will coordinate interviews with potential candidates

You are responsible for certain steps in the process of candidate management

You will provide active support with the implementation of processes

You will also create reports and presentations

You will get the chance to work on your own HR-projects

What you bring along

Education

You are currently studying in the fields of International Business, Economics, Psychology or Human Resources and have already gained some HR-experience

Knowledge / Functional Expertise

You have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as customer orientation

You love working in a multicultural environment

You are a team player

You love working and interacting actively with people

Key Competencies / Soft Skills

You are fluent in English, German and any other European language is a plus
