You will play a key role in driving our reputation and demand generation campaigns by developing and executing impactful channel strategies. You will identify the most effective channels and formats, create innovative distribution approaches, and translate them into actionable execution plans across social media, media buying, programmatic advertising, and SEA. With a strong data-driven mindset, you will continuously analyze omnichannel performance, monitor key KPIs, and optimize campaigns in real time to achieve the best possible results.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Strategically planning performance marketing for our reputation and demand generation campaigns on social media, in media buying and programmatic advertising as well as SEA.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders for the execution of the campaigns.
  • Coordinating a team of channel experts and marketing managers to make sure that our strategy translates in the respective channel’s environment.
  • Enhancing user experience and ensuring a consistent customer journey across all campaign’s stages is central to your approach.
  • Overseeing target group segmentation, user engagement, and content performance for our campaigns for industrial customers.
  • Measuring campaign effectiveness by defining and monitoring KPIs, interpreting data to inform decisions for campaign improvements to reach our goals.
  • Conducting audience and market trend analyses, along with competition benchmarks, helps you stay ahead of the curve.
  • Supporting and consulting regional channel experts to implement the campaigns in their respective markets.

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • You have several years of practical experience in paid digital media marketing.
      • Expertise in managing paid media campaigns across PPC platforms (Paid Search, Programmatic/Display, Social Media), audience targeting, keyword research, A/B testing, and tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit, makes you an invaluable asset.
      • Familiarity with web analytics, tracking, media targeting, and tools like Sprinklr, AdServer, AMO, and DV360, you control important platforms with ease.
      • Experience in copywriting, landing page optimization, and handling large datasets for analysis (Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, Ad Hoc Reporting) adds extra value.
  • Ways of working:
    • Quick to comprehend and goal-driven, you thrive in dynamic, international, interdisciplinary, and agile project teams.
      • An analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail, you excel in working with numbers, statistics, and large data sets, diving into datasets to uncover insights and testing opportunities.
      • A proactive, inclusive attitude and strong interpersonal skills enable you to build networks across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Languages: Fluent English skills, German is a plus
