ABOUT NONLIMI

NONLIMI is open-core simulation infrastructure for autonomous systems — from a free-tier GitHub install to a classified defense environment — so teams can find every failure mode before the real world does.

Serious simulation has been out of reach for most teams. Applied Intuition starts at $50K/year. NVIDIA Isaac Sim requires GPU lock-in. Ansys averages $320K annually. The result: robotics companies, drone teams, and autonomy startups across Europe test less than they should and deploy with uncertainty they cannot afford.

NONLIMI changes that. Our open-source core (Apache 2.0) wraps NVIDIA Isaac Lab and MuJoCo into a simulation orchestration layer any team can install in minutes. Our AI Cloud adds natural language scenario generation, cloud-scale parallel simulation, and synthetic data pipelines. Our Enterprise and Defense layers add classified environment support, custom sensor suites, dedicated compute, and EU sovereign deployment — on the same platform, without switching vendors.

What we build:

  • Physics simulation — ground, air, and maritime domains
  • AI scenario generation from plain English
  • Synthetic data pipelines: camera, LiDAR, radar, thermal — fully labeled
  • Regulatory validation: ISO 26262, Euro NCAP, NATO STANAG
  • Marketplace of environments, scenarios, and datasets
  • EU sovereign deployment for defense and critical infrastructure

Who we build for: robotics startups and scale-ups, industrial OEMs, European defense programs, university research labs.

THE ROLE

This is a frontline role. You open doors, qualify accounts, and move conversations from first contact to signed agreement — across robotics startups, industrial OEMs.

You know the autonomous systems and defence world well enough to have a credible first conversation without the CTO in the room. You are comfortable navigating both a 10-person drone startup and a multi-year EU defence programme procurement process.

There is no SDR beneath you, no marketing team generating inbound, and no established playbook. You work directly with the Director of Operations and the CEO.

What you will be measured on:

  • Number of qualified accounts added to the pipeline per quarter
  • Conversion rate from first contact to LOI or paid pilot
  • Revenue from closed accounts
  • Active relationships with EU and NATO programme offices and innovation units

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pipeline Development

  • Identify, research, and approach target accounts across all four segments: robotics and drone startups, Tier 1/2 industrial OEMs, EU and NATO defence programme offices, and university research groups.
  • Own outreach from cold contact through to qualified conversation — email, LinkedIn, events, direct referrals.
  • Qualify accounts against Nonlimi's ICP and route them correctly: self-serve, cloud, or enterprise.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in CRM with deal stage, next action, and risk status updated weekly.

Account Progression

  • Carry existing LOIs through to paid pilots or signed contracts, in coordination with the CEO and Director of operations.
  • Manage the relationship through the commercial process: technical calls, demo coordination, proposal support.
  • Flag blockers, procurement constraints, and competitive threats early.

Market Intelligence

  • Feed structured field intelligence back to the Director of Operations and PM: what accounts care about, where competitors appear, what objections come up repeatedly.
  • Track relevant tenders, programme calls, and partnership opportunities (EDF, NEOTEC, EUDIS) and flag them with enough lead time to act.

Events & Ecosystem Presence

  • Represent Nonlimi at relevant industry events: DSEI, Xponential, RoboBusiness, EuroSatory, and EU defence innovation forums.
  • Build relationships with accelerators, incubators, and venture funds active in the European autonomy and defence space.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Direct experience in robotics, autonomous systems, drone, or AI simulation — as a BD, sales, or technical role. You need to know the customer world from the inside.
  • Demonstrated track record opening and closing accounts — not managing accounts someone else opened. Outbound, cold to sign.
  • Experience with dual-use technology commercial contexts — navigating both civilian and defence customers with the same product.
  • Technically literate — enough to explain what Nonlimi does, handle first-level technical questions, and know when to bring in engineering. You don't need to write code.
  • Hands-on by default — you write your own outreach, book your own meetings, and update your own CRM.
  • Existing network in European autonomy, robotics, or defence — contacts you can call in the first 90 days.
  • Strong English — written and verbal. Additional EU language (Spanish, French, German, Polish) is a genuine advantage.
  • Comfortable with long and complex sales cycles — defence procurement does not move fast. You manage momentum without losing patience.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Prior experience at a seed or early-stage deep tech company — you understand resource constraints and move accordingly.
  • Knowledge of EU funding instruments: EIC Accelerator, EDF, NEOTEC, EUDIS, NATO DIANA.
  • Background specifically in simulation, synthetic data, or digital twin environments.
  • Existing relationships with DIANA accelerator sites, EDA contacts, or EU defence innovation units.
  • Experience selling open-core or developer-first products into enterprise or government accounts.
  • Spanish language proficiency (useful for Madrid-based operations and Spanish defence ecosystem).

WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • Commission structure on closed revenue

Work Model

  • On-site in Madrid during the first 6–12 months
  • Hybrid possible after that in Madrid
  • Regular travel across Europe required
  • Relocation package available

Environment

  • Reports to Director of Operations — direct access to CEO
  • Active pipeline of EU and NATO programme opportunities
  • EU and NATO defence clearance pathway as the company scales
