This highly visible role requires a strong understanding of optical transport technologies, customer challenges, and market dynamics. You will act as the primary interface between regional stakeholders and the PLM organization, supporting business growth while shaping future product development priorities.

Champion the OND portfolio strategy, product roadmap, and market differentiation across regional markets, driving awareness, adoption, and business growth.

Drive achievement of regional business objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.

Enable and train sales teams and channel partners to effectively position OND solutions and meet or exceed business targets.

Develop and execute strategies to address competitive threats and strengthen market leadership within assigned regions.

Act as the primary point of contact between regional sales and partner organizations and the Product Line Management team.

Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and market requirements, providing structured feedback to influence product development and roadmap decisions.

Partner with sales teams to develop customer solution strategies and support key opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

Collaborate with sales leadership and commercial management on pricing strategies, business cases, and pricing approvals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to understand evolving market needs and industry trends.

Represent the organization at customer meetings, partner events, industry forums, and strategic business discussions.

Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or a related telecommunications role.

Proven track record of driving business growth and supporting sales and channel partners.

Experience working with customers and partners, ideally across the Nordics and Benelux regions.

Strong understanding of telecom market dynamics and competitive landscapes.

Deep knowledge of Optical Transport Networks, particularly the 1830 GX portfolio .

Understanding of industry trends, network evolution, and emerging technologies.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and translate customer needs into product priorities. Passion for technology and continuous learning.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
