Who You Are:

What You'll Do:
- You will provide administrative support primarily for our Hotel Operations team to ensure that critical contracting processes move forward efficiently and effectively. You will contribute in the following areas:
- Document management: contract generation, review, and editing
- Contract follow-up by phone
- Project work, likely across multiple operational departments
- Information & data gathering and reporting assistance for contracting or meeting preparation
- Basic data entry in internal systems
- Miscellaneous data administration, audits, and tasks
Who You Are:
- You will be in communication with internal teams and external partners alike and have strong written & verbal skills to express yourself clearly and professionally.
- You have sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
- You have strong skills for systems, data, and administrative processes.
- You are organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency.
- You are curious, eager to learn new things, and jump in where needed!
- Your work is collaborative but largely independent. You work effectively without a lot of support or structure. You are proactive and resourceful.
- Prior administrative & excel experience required; AI experience appreciated.
About the Department:
The Hotel Operations team is responsible for reaching agreements with over 800+ luxury hotel & ship partners annually to secure accommodation for upcoming seasons. We’re deeply focused on account & relationship management to foster mutually beneficial partnerships, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The team is comprised of contract and data administrators and is located in Berkeley, CA & Utrecht, Netherlands.
