Eindhoven Apartments offers nearly 30 fully furnished, luxury short-stay apartments in Eindhoven, Leende and Den Bosch. Our guests are international professionals, expats and groups who expect a seamless, hotel-level experience in a home-away-from-home. With an occupancy rate of 95%, we are one of the region's leading short-stay providers — and we are growing.

The role

As Short-Stay Rental Manager you own the daily operation of our portfolio. You make sure every apartment is guest-ready, every check-in runs smoothly and every issue is solved before the guest notices it. You are the calm, organized center of a fast-moving operation.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing reservations, check-ins and check-outs across Airbnb, Booking.com and direct channels
• Coordinating our cleaning team, maintenance partners and suppliers — planning, quality control and follow-up
• Being the first point of contact for guests: questions, requests and the occasional emergency
• Keeping our property management system (Guesty) accurate and up to date: calendars, pricing, messaging
• Monitoring quality: inspections, inventory, small repairs arranged before they become big ones
• Improving and documenting processes so the operation runs on system, not improvisation
• Reporting on occupancy, reviews and operational KPIs

Who you are

• You have experience in hospitality, short-stay, property management or hotel operations
• You are process-driven and structured: checklists, planning and follow-through give you energy
• You are hands-on — you would rather solve a problem today than schedule a meeting about it
• You communicate fluently in English; Dutch is a strong plus (contact with local suppliers and partners)
• You have a driver's license and live within reach of Eindhoven/Leende
• You stay calm under pressure and take real ownership: when you are on, the operation is covered
