As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be part of a multi-skilled analytical team performing GMP-regulated testing across several laboratory areas, including In-Process Control, environmental monitoring, raw material testing, release testing, stability testing, and validation-related testing.
In this role, you will perform analytical testing, review and document results, troubleshoot laboratory equipment when needed, and contribute to timely product release in support of Teva’s manufacturing operations.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Perform in-process control testing using techniques such as (U)HPLC, GC, PSD, and other chemical methods.
- Perform daily environmental monitoring testing, including conductivity, TOC, and wet chemical analyses.
- Perform non-routine testing, including finished product release, stability, raw material, and validation-related testing.
- Evaluate, document, and verify analytical results in accordance with GMP requirements and applicable laboratory procedures.
- Support laboratory investigations, deviations, equipment troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving where required.
- Contribute to effective daily laboratory operations, reliable sample flow, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analytical Technicques and Systems
Work may include (U)HPLC, GC, UV/VIS, TOC, PSD, conductivity measurements, and various wet chemical tests.
Experience with laboratory systems such as LabWare LIMS v7 and Empower 3 is preferred.
Shift Pattern
The QAL organization includes day-shift activities and a three-shift pattern. This position follows a 24/5 rotating shift schedule aligned with Teva’s production schedule. The three-week rotation is repeated continuously:
- Week 1: Sunday to Thursday night shifts, 23:00 to 07:30. Each shift ends the following day.
- Week 2: Monday to Friday evening shifts, 15:00 to 23:30.
- Week 3: Monday to Friday morning shifts, 07:00 to 15:30. Your Skills and Experience
- MLO or HLO degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Willingness and ability to work a 24/5 rotating shift schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and a clear focus on quality and compliance.
- Hands-on team player with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Flexible and effective in a changing laboratory and manufacturing environment.
Good to have
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment.
- Experience with chromatographic techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, or GC.
- Experience using LabWare LIMS v7, Empower 3, or comparable laboratory systems. How We’ll Take Care of You
