We are seeking .NET/SaaS application Support Analyst with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASP.NET Core Web API SQL and .NET Core. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions ensuring high performance and scalability. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust scalable and secure applications using ASP.NET Core Web API and .NET Core to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals.

Implement efficient database solutions using SQL optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and maintainability.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for code processes and system architecture.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into the development process where applicable.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Oversee the deployment and integration of applications in a hybrid work environment ensuring seamless functionality.

Participate in planning and estimation activities providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.

Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in ASP.NET Core Web API SQL and .NET Core with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.

Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Show proficiency in database design optimization and query performance tuning using SQL.

Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
