Required Technical Skills

• Confidently perform manicure, pedicure, and gel polish services independently.
• Apply gel polish smoothly and evenly on all colors, including difficult shades such as milky white, pastel, nude, and creamy colors, without streaks or uneven coverage.
• Safe gel removal
• Nail tip application and extensions
• Nail shaping and filing
• Clean cuticle work
• Classic French gel polish
• Complete services efficiently while maintaining high quality.

Service Standards

• Work safely and hygienically without causing injury to clients (e.g. cutting skin or causing bleeding).
• Be confident in managing appointments independently without requiring assistance from colleagues.
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience.
• Be willing to accept all standard Manicure, Pedicure, and Gel Polish appointments with confidence.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
