Join Our Team as a Maintenance Coordinator II – Keep Our Fleet Running Smoothly!
Are you passionate about fleet maintenance, process optimization, and delivering exceptional support to operations teams? We are looking for a talented Maintenance Coordinator II to join our Mechanic & Repairs team within the broader Fleet function. In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure our vehicles stay on the road, support seamless repair coordination, and play a key part in driving continuous improvement across our maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage vehicle repairs across the operations network, ensuring all repairs meet defined service levels and lead time targets.
- Advise stakeholders on workshop-related topics, providing expertise and guidance to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor and track end-to-end repair processes, proactively addressing delays or bottlenecks to maintain high service standards.
- Contribute to process analysis and optimization initiatives, collaborating with senior experts to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Identify training needs within the team and support the development and delivery of training materials.
- Document and maintain accurate process records in partnership with senior experts, ensuring compliance and process transparency.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all administrative tasks related to vehicle maintenance and repairs.
What We’re Looking For:
- A detail-oriented professional with experience in fleet maintenance, repair coordination, or a related administrative support role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to advise and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service.
Ideal Experience
- Previous experience in a fleet maintenance, repair coordination, or workshop administration role.
- Exposure to process analysis, documentation, and optimization projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including mechanics, operations, and administrative staff.
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting repair lead times and service levels.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in standard office software and fleet management systems is an advantage.
