Are you a proactive, dynamic and driven student, ready to take the first step in your real estate career? We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Portfolio Analytics Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. You’ll be part of a young and dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over the world. You’ll report to the Portfolio Strategy Director and will be part of the team that manages Mileway’s operational performance, business planning process and crates strategic insights for C-Suite and Leadership team.

You’ll be based at our Amsterdam office. While we embrace a flexible approach to work, our policy requires working from the office three days a week.

What you’ll do

• Help compile portfolio performance data and business updates from Mileway colleagues across multiple departments / offices
• Assist with the analysis of portfolio and asset-level data to support management reporting and strategic decision-making
• Support the annual budget process
• Coordinate asset business plan updates
• Maintain PowerBI reporting dashboards
• Support in ad hoc and ongoing projects

About you

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Real Estate, Business or related field
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Confident working with Excel and large datasets
• Strong communication skills and enjoy coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Outstanding command of English. Additional language skills are a plus

Good to Know Before You Apply

Just a few important things to keep in mind before you apply:

• Unfortunately, we can’t provide visa sponsorship. You’ll need to have citizenship of the country where the role is based or EU citizenship.
• This internship can’t be used as part of a thesis, and Mileway information can’t be used for academic work, even if the company name isn’t mentioned.
• You’ll need to be enrolled at your University for the entire duration of the internship (around 6 months), and get credits out of this internship.
