About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender / Restaurant Service Staff Member to join our hotel restaurant team.

The ideal candidate enjoys creating great guest experiences, has a passion for hospitality, and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our guests, preparing beverages, supporting restaurant operations, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and a strong communicator — someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional service experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beverages, and bar service
• Provide recommendations and answer guest questions about menu items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented bar and restaurant area
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and feedback professionally
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Handle payments and maintain accurate transactions
• Work closely with the kitchen and front office teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support hotel events, groups, and special guest requests when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending, restaurant service, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to take initiative
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
• Good spoken English required (additional languages are a plus)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
