The IMDEA Software Institute (Madrid, Spain) invites applications for an intern position in the areas of first-order optimization algorithms, and online learning. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with David Martínez Rubio.
Who should apply?
Candidates studying mathematics, computer science, or related fields with strong math skills (formalizing problems, writing rigorous proofs, understanding new theories, etc). Previous demonstrable experience with mathematical proofs is a plus.
Working at IMDEA Software
The positions are based in Madrid, Spain, where the IMDEA Software Institute is situated. Salaries are internationally competitive and include attractive conditions such as access to an excellent public healthcare system. The working language at the institute is English. Knowledge of Spanish is not required.
