Key responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment safe, reliable, and ready for use
- Coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance planning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant service area
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Act as the first point of contact for equipment-related questions and defects
- Drive continuous improvements to equipment reliability, safety, and workplace organization. What we offer

- A technical background (Vocational for example mbo 3/4 or Bachelor) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive
- Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment management
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- A proactive and structured way of working
- Affinity with mechanics, electronics, and basic software troubleshooting
- An eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Knowledge of 5S or Lean is a plus
- Excellent command of the English language, essential for working in an international and diverse department. About Prodrive Technologies
