About the team you are joining

You will be joining a team that works with the data and the technology operations around processing sales information to provide clearing and settlement services to airline industry players.

The team is global and works with international customers. Colleagues are based across multiple locations in the globe, but they all work jointly as a team. Also, our customers and suppliers are based all over the planet.

What your day would be like

Support the team on the follow-up of GDS (Global Distribution Systems of airline tickets and reservations) requests and queries with relevant IATA teams;

Assist in organizing Global GDS Group meetings by creating agendas, communicating with participants, and preparing meeting minutes;

Under your manager's guidance, work on reporting activity, ideally using PowerBI dashboards;

Learn to work with Amazon's Athena (data lake) queries;

Collaborate on documentation of the Standard operating procedures.

We would love to hear from you if you have

A recent (less than 12 months) University degree/post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields;

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken);

Knowledge of SQL or PowerBI a would be an advantage;

Experience in process modelling or creating and documenting procedures would be a plus;

Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
