Tivoli Audio is looking for an addition to its European office team, in the form of a Customer Support & Order Fulfillment Specialist.

Job description

Work and responsibilities as a Customer Support & Order Fulfillment Specialist at Tivoli Audio include:

• Order fulfillment: On a day-to-day basis, you will check for and physically fulfill new incoming orders from our 12 (and growing) European web shops, BOL.com, Amazon, and other sales platforms. The orders contain refurbished items and accessories, mostly single-item orders. You will prepare these orders for shipment from our Utrecht office location.
• B2B/B2C order processing administration: You will work with the Zendesk ticketing platform to see if any order are in need of extra attention. After shipping, you will process the orders administratively in Shopify and SAP.
• Processing and classifying returned items: You will be responsible for processing returned web orders. This includes refurbishing and classifying them for our outlet shop.
• Managing stock levels for refurbished units and accessories: You will be responsible for administrative stock levels to match the physical quantities in our office warehouse.

Furthermore, when getting more acquainted with your primary responsibilities, you will additionally be:

• Assisting and/or taking on a variety of miscellaneous assignments and short-term projects related to your position.
• Proficiently answering incoming emails and phone calls from European B2B and B2C customers (in multiple languages) in cooperation with the Sales / Order administration team.
• Based on recurring orders, customer requests, feedback, and bottlenecks in processes, you will proactively think of improvements and report your findings to the Sales Support Manager. This includes inquiries and initiatives to help improve internal processes, customer service quality, and efficiency.

To ensure team members at the Utrecht, Boston and Melbourne offices are informed, and processes are aligned, you will communicate with colleagues from other fields, including Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Product development, and Finance and assist them where necessary.

You will be working from our daylight-filled office in Utrecht city centre, conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station and offering a perfect view of the lively Mariaplaats.

Job requirements

• 'Can do' mentality.
• Associate degree (or bachelor’s level of operation)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing
• Native or close to native level English. Dutch is preferred (level B2 or higher).
• Additional European languages are a big plus.
• Affinity with, and knowledge of, technical (audio) products.
• Living within a reasonable commute from our Utrecht office. Physical presence in the office is a must in relation to the physical processing of the orders. Working from home is not possible.

Competencies: customer service, order processing / fulfillment, stock management, service & sales skills, communicative, proactive, responsible, accurate, problem-solving, eager to learn.
