Join Our Team as a Pricing Analyst – Drive Revenue Growth and Strategic Pricing!

Are you passionate about data analysis, strategic pricing, and revenue optimization? We are looking for a talented Pricing Analyst to join our Revenue Management team within the broader Revenue & Capacity Management function. In this role, you’ll leverage your analytical skills and pricing expertise to support key initiatives that drive profitability and enhance pricing effectiveness across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze pricing strategies and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.
  • Support revenue optimization initiatives by evaluating historical sales data, market trends, and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret pricing-related data for decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models, tools, and reports to monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to projects and assignments with growing independence, applying your professional expertise to deliver actionable insights.
  • Assist in the implementation of new pricing strategies and track their effectiveness against established KPIs.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator who can translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Ideal Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis tools.
  • Prior exposure to revenue optimization or pricing strategy projects is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Knowledge of pricing models, revenue management principles, and market analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
