Job Summary

Volvo Group is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and drive organizational change initiatives across business and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working by engaging stakeholders, managing communications, and facilitating change readiness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.

Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks associated with organizational transformation.

Define adoption, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement approaches.

Establish change success metrics and monitor adoption progress.

Stakeholder Management

Identify key stakeholders and build strong relationships across business units.

Partner with senior leaders, project managers, HR, and functional teams to drive change initiatives.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and change forums.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change-related matters.

Communication & Engagement

Develop communication strategies and execute targeted communication plans.

Create change narratives, presentations, newsletters, and leadership communications.

Drive organization-wide awareness and engagement activities.

Manage resistance and address employee concerns proactively.

Training & Readiness

Assess organizational readiness for upcoming changes.

Coordinate training needs analysis and learning initiatives.

Support end-users during transition and stabilization phases.

Measure training effectiveness and user adoption.

Change Execution & Monitoring

Track change adoption and business readiness metrics.

Identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues.

Support project teams throughout implementation and post-go-live activities.

Ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and technologies.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Technology, or related field.

6+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Business Transformation, or Digital Transformation projects.

Proven experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives in global organizations.

Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies such as:

Prosci ADKAR

Kotter's 8-Step Change Model

Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project environments.

Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Prosci Change Management Certification.

Experience within Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain organizations.

Previous experience working with Volvo Group or similar global enterprises.

Familiarity with ERP, Digital, Cloud, Data, AI, or Enterprise Transformation programs.

Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and digital workplace transformation initiatives.
