PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The role of Organization and Transformation Analyst is at the heart of our HR department, playing a pivotal role in crafting dynamic organizational structures that drive efficiency and align seamlessly with each function's unique needs. This role must support functions in defining and implementing different organizational structures, always accompanied by a functional Ways of Working. Moreover, it's about ensuring that each function stays on track with its designated PEX budget and effectively coordinating the creation of new positions within it

RESPONSIBILITIES

Transformation

Participate in all transformational initiatives of the Group (Future Ways of Working), Transformation with Organization Impact, Changes to the Ways of Working, Restructuring, Reorganization, New Joint Ventures, Integrations/Mergers, Disruptive events): from the Design to the Delivery to the relevant stakeholders, including all relevant Change Management activities required to embed the change in the Organization

Supervise and ensure all initiatives are delivered with the value it originally committed

Build the transformation pipeline including all initiatives coming from any function in the Group and new market trends that have an impact in the Group productivity and/or profitability

Build and monitor a set of quantitative and/or qualitative KPIs related to the Organization including potential improvements

Participate in the definition and implementation of the change management initiatives arising from the different transformation activities

Organization effectiveness, readiness and improvement.

Coordination and mapping of global employees across all relevant dimensions, including position, total company cost, leavers, new joiners, etc. This coordination requires building a stable working relationship with the different stakeholders across the company

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field

Experience in strategic consulting, organization and project management driving change

Good team player with hands-on attitude, flexible and capacity to engage with senior management

Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Excellent analytical skills, structured way of working with attention to details

Excellent spreadsheet and database modeling and top command of power point. A flexible, initiative and open-minded personality, reliable and self-driven
