We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Verkäuferin im <PERSON> (m/w/d) to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and expert advice to our customers. Your enthusiasm for fashion and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming shopping environment and drive sales growth.

Aufgaben

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences
• Assist customers in selecting products that match their style and requirements
• Promote and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain an organized and inviting store environment, including visual merchandising
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash or card payments
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries confidently
• Support stock management activities, including inventory checks and restocking as needed

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within fashion or lifestyle retail
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
• Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently when required
• Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
