About the job | Connecting Group-level AI strategy with local market needs

In this role, you will be leading the discovery process to identify and clearly define customer problems across markets and legal segments. You will work closely with legal professionals to deeply understand workflows and underlying needs. And you lead cross-functional collaboration across Tech, Content, UX, and local teams to deliver scalable AI solutions used by legal professionals across markets. You act as the main link between Group AI and local teams, aligning needs, supporting adoption, and coordinating delivery across countries. You clearly communicate the global AI roadmap to stakeholders in all markets, so they understand what is coming, why it matters, and how it aligns with their business goals. You own the product performance by tracking and analysing usage, adoption, and success metrics using those insights to drive continuous improvement. You ensure transparent documentation and alignment with Group-level priorities and contribute to clear, measurable business outcomes. You report to Group AI Product Director. You will be travelling a couple of days each month.

About you | Experience in product management

You utilize your proven experience working in Product Management in combination with your ability to lead cross-functional teams and own product outcomes. You are comfortable operating in an empowered environment, making decisions and owning trade-offs. You leverage your curiosity and your strong discovery skills and confidence engaging senior legal professionals. You are adept at coordinating, communicating with, and navigating among diverse stakeholders at all levels and across markets, ensuring even the most technical concepts are clearly explained and understood. You apply your solid understanding of AI-driven products alongside your strong data-driven mindset, and your ability to leverage usage and adoption metrics to drive decisions. If you have experience working in the legal field, it is a plus.
