What Will You Do?

As a Repair Technician, you will independently perform repair and restoration activities on aircraft engine components in accordance with strict quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Reviewing technical documentation, drawings, and work instructions

✅ Inspecting components before processing

✅ Selecting the appropriate tools, equipment, and machinery

✅ Performing repair operations according to internal and customer specifications

✅ Measuring and verifying dimensions using precision measuring equipment

✅ Conducting visual and quality inspections of completed work

✅ Recording completed work accurately in the applicable systems

✅ Identifying opportunities for process, quality, and safety improvements

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical mindset.

Qualifications:

• Vocational education level (VMBO) or equivalent technical background
• Interest in engineering, manufacturing, or metalworking
• Experience with hand tools and technical processes is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule
• Basic understanding of technical English or willingness to develop this skill
