Vice President, Head of Finance Denmark

We are looking for a VP, Head of Finance for Site Hillerød to join our Site Leadership Team and help shape the next phase of our growth journey.

About the role

As VP, Head of Finance for Site Hillerød, you will lead the site finance agenda and act as a trusted strategic partner to the Site Leadership Team. You will ensure robust financial governance, transparent performance management and strong business partnering across the site, while enabling growth, operational excellence and continuous improvement. The role is based in Hillerød, Denmark and reports to the SVP/GM, Site Head Hillerød.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with the Site Leadership Team to shape strategy, lead finance-related discussions and enable high-quality decisions.
• Lead and develop the Site Finance organization, including Finance Accounting, Payroll, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Indirect Procurement.
• Ensure accurate, timely and transparent financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning in alignment with site, global finance and corporate requirements.
• Drive financial performance and operating income improvement through productivity, cost transparency, working capital management and value-creating business partnering.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, statutory reporting, tax reporting and compliance across the site.
• Lead finance transformation and continuous improvement, including process standardization, digitalization, automation and simplification of ways of working.
• Build strong cross-functional processes across the site and the wider FUJIFILM Biotechnologies network, ensuring clear ownership, collaboration and scalable solutions.
• Support expansion, ramp-up and new business development by providing financial insight, scenario planning and decision support.
• Drive cross-site financial deliveries and contribute to global finance projects, including new processes, systems and operating models.
• Develop finance leaders and talent, creating a high-performing team culture built on trust, ownership, business understanding and continuous learning.

Professional Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following background and skill set:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; CPA, equivalent certification or MBA is preferred.
• Significant senior finance leadership experience from a complex manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO or similarly regulated environment.
• Proven experience leading leaders and developing high-performing finance teams in a growing and changing organization.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills and experience with financial planning, performance management, governance and controls.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear business insight and influence senior stakeholders.
