Your responsibilities
You support in the development of the warranty strategy for the European Sales Company smart Europe GmbH and create and maintain regional warranty policies for smart Europe Legal Entities
You are staying on top of current trends in the field of warranty and use your knowledge to identify problems and forthcoming issues for constantly improving process efficiency
You handle warranty escalations, resolving system and process issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders
You implement benchmarking and analysis of market and competitor data to understand warranty trends in order to continuously improve our internal warranty system, covering parts, pricing, audits and claim quality
You manage warranty projects and audits from kick-off through reporting, including related IT tickets
You coordinate the monthly reporting for EU markets based on the data collected (summarize, review, control and report the data)
You perform general business analysis on warranty and goodwill related topics and prepare internal documents as required by management
You support of the European Legal Entities as contact person for warranty-related topics (claim processing and technical expertise)
You have fun working with numbers and like to focus on every small detail to identify the root cause
Interact with engineering and quality team (HQ) for quality issues
What you bring along
You have a University degree in Engineering or Finance
You have 2+ years of operative experience in the area of warranty workshop processes as well as respective rules and guidelines
You are familiar with financial processes related to warranty processing and able to apply them across EU countries
You are experienced with implementing KPI’s, controlling methods and onsite audits
Ideally, you gained experience with implementation of an IT tool within the Aftersales environment
You have automotive technical Know-How, preferably with electrical vehicles
You understand what customer dedication means
You are equipped with pioneering spirit: challenge status quo, strive for innovation, active and creative exploration
You love working in a complex, dynamic and international environment with an agile culture
Your English is perfect (fluent in a non-German European language or Mandarin is a plus)
You respond calmly in stressful situations and effectively manage multiple priorities & shorter deadlines
