A 40m sailing yacht is seeking an experienced and motivated rotational chef to join in the Pacific in October.
This is a dual season, private program with a 10/10 rotation. They have a world cruising itinerary which will include Australia, Indonesia, and back to the Pacific. This is a well established program with longstanding owners who enjoy surfing and kitesurfing. They have an excellent record of crew longevity.
The owners are real foodies and enjoy a fresh mix of Mediterranean, Asian, and Middle Eastern cuisine. The ideal candidate will be creative, adaptable, and confident delivering light, well-balanced menus using seasonal ingredients.
The yacht runs with a professional but relaxed dynamic onboard, so a positive, calm, and team-focused approach is important
Qualifications required: Previous sail yacht experience, excellent galley management
