Job Description: Join Our Team as a Financial Planning Lead!
Drive strategic financial decision-making at AXA Partners from either Malakoff or Barcelona.
*Are you passionate about finance and eager to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a leading international insurance and assistance company? As our Management Controller / Financial Planning Lead, you will be at the heart of AXA Partners’ financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, seamless planning processes, and valuable insights that support our growth and innovation. Your main missions will include orchestrating financial processes, preparing insightful analysis, and driving reliability in financial communication across the organization.*What you’ll be doing:
Financial Process Facilitation

Establish and coordinate the annual financial scenario submission calendar.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of financial instructions.

Manage reminders and meeting schedules to meet closing deadlines using Teams/Consorep tools. Analysis, Centralization, and Reporting

Prepare Excel models and presentation slides for country clearances, testing with regional controllers.

Develop and adapt short P&L reports for financial management needs.

Update Excom and Group reporting slides for scope. Ranking / Post-Mortem

Monitor deadlines, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to streamline processes. Ad hoc Tasks

Handle requests related to analysis, reporting, Phoenix extraction, and SharePoint updates. What you’ll bring:* Master’s degree (Bac +5) in management control/finance.

Approximately 5 years of experience in the insurance sector.

Strong mastery of management control techniques and financial analysis methods.

Excellent analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.

Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with Magnitude and Essbase (Hyperion Oracle) is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to work effectively in an international environment with rigor and organization.

Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Ability to work under pressure during peak periods while respecting deadlines.
