As a Senior Consultant, you will lead complex engineering and IT consulting projects, taking ownership of workstreams and sub-projects from strategy through execution. You will help clients solve challenging business and technical problems, turning ambiguity into structured solutions and measurable results.
Working closely with clients, project teams, and internal experts, you will combine technical expertise, consulting skills, and commercial awareness to drive successful project delivery while building long-term client relationships. You will also play a key role in advancing innovation topics such as AI, data analytics, and automation.
YOUR TASKS
YOUR PROFILE
- Lead and manage complex workstreams and sub-projects, ensuring delivery on scope, quality, budget, and timeline
- Analyze business and technical challenges and develop actionable solution strategies
- Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision-making processes
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution
- Mentor and coach Consultants, supporting their professional development
- Contribute to business development through proposal creation, client growth, and opportunity identification
- Drive innovation by integrating AI, analytics, and automation into client solutions
- Develop reusable assets, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and project governance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in consulting, engineering, or related industries
- Proven experience managing complex work packages, projects, or sub-projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities
- Experience in project delivery, risk management, and team coordination
- Business development mindset with a strong focus on creating customer value
- Practical experience with AI, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to work independently in dynamic and complex environments
- Willingness to travel and work regularly onsite with clients WHAT TO EXPECT
