In this role, you'll help turn data into meaningful business insights that support decision-making across Customer Service & Operations teams in Canon EMEA. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll identify reporting needs, translate requirements into solutions, and deliver insights that help drive performance and continuous improvement.

Must Have

  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong Power BI modelling and visualisation skills.
  • Strong ETL and SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
  • Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Experience building and maintaining data models and reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SSIS and SQL Server environments.
  • Experience with Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service and Operations environments.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Working knowledge of Python. Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI datasets and reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support scalable and effective reporting solutions.
  • Build and maintain ETL data pipelines using SQL and SSIS, integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability through validation and monitoring processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and business-friendly way.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and data management practices.
