Tosaf, founded in 1985, develops and manufactures high-quality additives, polymer compounds, and color masterbatches for thermoplastic polymers, serving industries such as automotive, packaging, agriculture, construction, electronics, and textiles.

Tosaf operates over 20 production facilities worldwide and for our facility in Tilburg (NL), we are looking for a Financial Controller

Job Summary

The Financial Controller for Tosaf Benelux is responsible for managing and overseeing all financial activities within the region, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial control, and compliance with both group policies and local regulations.

The role supports operational and commercial teams by providing financial insights, improving cost control, and driving business performance.

The financial controller reports to our CFO

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

- Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and group standards

- Monitor production costs, variances, and inventory valuation

- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audits

- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital

- Act as a business partner to management

- Drive process improvements and ERP optimization

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting

- 2-5 years relevant experience in manufacturing/industry

- Strong knowledge of IFRS and cost accounting - Experience with ERP systems and Excel

- Fluent in English; Dutch preferred
