Your mission
- Drive the execution of strategic retail initiatives and projects across Global Retail
- Translate business priorities into actionable project plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Global Retail, Business Units, Regions, and key stakeholders
- Establish and maintain project governance, including project tracking, reporting, and risk management
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Support the rollout of retail priorities, frameworks, and implementation plans across markets
- Drive communication and transparency across the retail organization
- Continuously improve project governance, project management standards, and ways of working Your talent
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Retail Operations, Business Transformation, or a related field
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in an international environment
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive mindset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in M365 tools and basic analytical tools
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage but not a must Our principles
