To support our rapid expansion across our Growth Markets, we’re looking for a proactive and organized International Account Support. In this role, you’ll work directly under a Country Lead and support our Account Management efforts across key growth territories.

What You’ll Do
As International Account Support, you’ll play a central role in driving regional success by ensuring seamless account operations, onboarding new event partners, and keeping partner relations top-notch across multiple European markets.
You will:
- Communicate directly with partners and assist with day-to-day Account Management operations in key growth markets
- Report directly to a Country Lead while supporting local Business Developers in our Growth Markets
- Oversee partner event setup, initiate partner onboardings, coordinate partner payouts and account configurations to ensure an optimal experience for organisers
- Coordinate communication and solve operational queries for live event organisers across your assigned territories
- Monitor ongoing event performance and account health, as well as partner promotion, ensuring smooth execution before, during, and after events
- Act as a bridge between account management, business development, and internal operational teams
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring clean data and reliable reporting for commercial leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve internal support workflows and account retention strategies
About You
We’re looking for a structured, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a passion for the live events industry.
Besides that, you:
- Have 1–3 years of experience in account support, customer success or sales operations (ideally within ticketing, events, tech, or marketplaces)
- Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across distinct international markets simultaneously
- Speak fluent English (both written and spoken); fluency in a Nordic language, Polish, Czech, Slovak or Hungarian is a strong advantage
- Are a proactive problem-solver who enjoys assisting partners and internal colleagues
- Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team setting
- Have high attention to detail and enjoy keeping processes structured and clear
- Take ownership of operational tasks and follow through from start to finish
- Combine an operational mindset with commercial awareness, proactively identifying opportunities to improve partner success and grow our business
- Care about fairness and transparency in the live event space
- You're based in the Netherlands and are legally authorized to work here without requiring visa sponsorship
