Your Role

As a Sourcing & Bid Specialist, you will be responsible for finding high-quality Tesla vehicles across Europe, assessing their value and condition, and purchasing them at competitive prices.

You will monitor auctions, marketplaces, leasing companies, and trade channels to identify buying opportunities. Using your analytical skills and market knowledge, you'll determine the maximum profitable purchase price and execute winning bids.

This role combines market research, vehicle assessment, negotiation, and commercial decision-making. Your work directly impacts the profitability and growth of MMX.

Responsibilities

• Source Tesla vehicles from auctions, leasing companies, dealers, and other suppliers across Europe.
• Monitor daily vehicle listings and identify profitable buying opportunities.
• Analyze market prices and determine realistic resale values.
• Assess vehicle condition reports, damage reports, service history, specifications, and battery information.
• Estimate repair costs and calculate expected profit margins.
• Decide on maximum bid values based on company targets.
• Participate in online vehicle auctions and submit competitive bids.
• Negotiate directly with suppliers and business partners.
• Track market trends, Tesla pricing, and demand.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to maintain an attractive inventory.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Passion for Tesla vehicles and electric mobility.
• Ability to assess vehicle quality and identify profitable opportunities.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital sourcing platforms.
• French and German would be an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in vehicle purchasing, automotive trading, auctions, fleet management, or procurement is highly preferred. Knowledge of Tesla models, battery technology, and vehicle damage assessment is a significant advantage.
