Your Role

Valeria is growing fast, which means internal processes break at the same speed they're created. We're looking for someone to make the company's internal operations run smoothly overall, from how information flows between teams to automating everything that's currently done by hand.

This isn't a product or customer-facing role. It's the internal engine of the company.

What you'll do

• Own the company's internal operations end to end, working hand-in-hand with the COO — you decide what "smooth" looks like and make it happen
• Coordinate internal projects across the ops department, from kickoff to delivery
• Turn manual, repetitive processes into automated ones using no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, similar) — and build lightweight internal tools or scripts when no-code isn't enough
• Evaluate and roll out AI tools to speed up internal workflows across teams
• Design and document processes so they don't rely on tribal knowledge
• Spot and fix operational bottlenecks before they slow the company down
• Track and report on key operational metrics to the COO

Must-have

• Background in engineering, from a startup environment
• 3-5 years of experience in business/company operations (not HR) at startups or high-growth environments
• Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your daily workflow
• Real experience automating processes with no-code/low-code tools
• Ability to turn "this is chaos" into a clear, documented process without being asked twice
• Comfortable with ambiguity, processes here are built on the fly
• Strong written communication: you'll be documenting a lot
• Comfortable writing code (Python, JS, or similar) to build internal tools when no-code isn't enough — this isn't a nice-to-have, you'll use it
