RZ HR Studio is hiring Video Editors for a DTC beauty brand who can take a brief from your strategist and turn it into an ad that stops the scroll — hooks that grab attention, pattern interrupts before drops, pacing that holds attention to the CTA.

You’ll be editing direct-response video ads for Meta by working closely with our Creative Strategists to product ads that sell.

Who are we looking for

• 1+ years editing direct response ads Meta for a DTC brand or creative agency
• AI-native workflow — you already use AI daily in your pipeline: generative video (Veo/Gemini, Kling, etc). You are familiar with every AI format - AI animation pixar, AI claymation, AI ugc, AI avatars, etc.
• Proven ads — edited videos that ran real ad spend. Show us the ads and what they did.
• Retention instinct — you understand hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing, captions, sound design as tools to hold attention, and you can explain WHY you made each cut.
• Volume + speed — 1–2 finished ads per day from brief
• Pro-active. You know what hook rate and hold rate mean, you ask how your edits performed, and your next edit reflects the answer. Editors who never ask how their ads did don't last here.
• Native to the feed. Your edits look like content, not commercials — UGC pacing, storytelling formats, animation. You study winning ads on your own time and keep the receipts.
• Fast, organized, reliable. Clean project files, named versions, deadlines hit, proactive communication when something slips. You are the reason your pod ships on time.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $1,500–$2,500 USD + performance bonuses
