Working Hours: 22:30 – 07:00

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and guest-focused Night Receptionist to join our hotel team. This is a full-time overnight position, responsible for ensuring smooth hotel operations during the night shift while providing excellent service and support to our guests.

The ideal candidate is someone who works well independently, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. As the main point of contact for guests overnight, you should be confident handling guest requests, resolving issues calmly, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Complete overnight reception duties, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Welcome and assist guests with a professional and friendly approach
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns during the night
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
• Monitor hotel activity and maintain a safe and secure environment
• Communicate important updates and incidents clearly with the daytime team
• Support other hotel operations when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Requirements

• Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and make decisions during overnight hours
• Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated work approach
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Good spoken and written English required (additional languages are a plus)
