Cook Assistant - Indian Kitchen

Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated kitchen staff to strengthen our kitchen team. As part of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to our quality standards. You will work in a dynamic environment and contribute to a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Job Resposibilities:

Preparing ingredients and mise en place for various dishes

Preparing meals according to recipes and hygiene regulations

Ensuring a neat and organized workspace

Assisting in plating and presenting dishes

Complying with safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth service

Keeping track of inventory and reporting shortages or supplies in a timely manner

Qualifications

Experience in the kitchen or willingness to learn the indian cuisine

Good cutting skills and knowledge of food safety

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends

Good communication skills in English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene regulations.
