Key responsibilities
Business Data Analysis and Review:
- Monthly/quarterly business analysis: breaking down indicators such as revenue, cost, gross profit, expenses, profit, cash collection, inventory, and per capita efficiency.
- Budget execution tracking: comparing actual figures vs. budget vs. the same period last year, analyzing the reasons for differences (volume and price structure, product category, channel, region).
- Building business analysis models, outputting business analysis reports, identifying profitability gaps, cost waste, and capital occupation issues.
- Business analysis: conducting profitability analysis by product line, department, project, customer, and channel, and providing optimization suggestions.
Business Support:
- Participating in the review of contract financial terms.
- Providing other departments with business data training and cost and expense compliance guidance.
Compliance, Internal Control:
- Improving financial internal control processes, control of financial risks.
- Cooperating with auditors, due diligence, and financial inspections, compiling supporting documents for future reference.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant Finance experience.
- Experience in accounting procedures.
- Local financial certifications are a plus.
- Fluent English; basic Chinese is acceptable, but fluency is a plus.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
