About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Subject Matter Expert to provide strategic and technical leadership for a global SailPoint IdentityIQ service. This individual will serve as the highest-level technical authority for identity governance architecture, solution design, and implementation best practices, ensuring secure and scalable identity and access management solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in SailPoint with strong leadership skills and extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for the global SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and compliant identity governance solutions.
• Define architecture, technical standards, and best practices for SailPoint implementations.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex identity lifecycle, access certification, provisioning, and governance solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to engineering teams.
• Support platform upgrades, integrations, performance optimization, and ongoing operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support when required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).

• Proven experience leading technical teams and serving as a senior technical authority.

• Expert-level knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Identity lifecycle management
  • Access governance
  • Role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Access certifications
  • Provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Identity governance best practices

• Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and authentication systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Mandatory Certification

Candidates must hold at least one of the following SailPoint certifications:

• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer
• SailPoint Identity Security Professional
• Identity Security Cloud Engineer
• Identity Security Cloud Associate
• SailPoint Certified Identity Security Engineer
• SailPoint Certified Identity Security Administrator

Location Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium or the Netherlands.
• Must be able to work within 3 hours of the client's Amsterdam office.
• Availability to work on-site in Amsterdam two days per week is mandatory.
