About the role

You join our consulting team as a Senior Tricentis Expert. You bring deep, hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca to our enterprise customers and take ownership of the most complex test automation challenges - from architecture decisions to hands-on implementation.

• Based in our Vienna office, hybrid working arrangement
• Full-time employment with Automators

What you'll do

• Own test automation architecture and implementation on customer projects using Tricentis Tosca
• Advise customers on best practices for scaling test automation across large, complex landscapes
• Design test cases from customer requirements such as user stories and business processes
• Lead the setup and configuration of Tosca environments, including integrations (SAP, Salesforce, APIs, and more)
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants on Tosca and test automation practices
• Work closely with developers and business analysts, usually in agile teams or a test center
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders

What you bring

• Several years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca in enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of test automation strategy, CI/CD integration and modern testing practices
• Comfortable leading customer conversations and advising at a strategic level
• Excellent English, spoken and written. German is a plus

Nice to have

• Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g. Automation Specialist, Architect)
• Experience with Tricentis qTest, Vision AI or the wider Tricentis product suite
• ISTQB certification
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience
