Job Title: Technical Engineer

The job
We stand together, addressing all technical components of our products, which encompass training, support, consulting, technical demonstrations, and collaboration with R&D to enhance our solutions. While your primary area of expertise will focus on the SEE and Caneco products, you will also have the opportunity to explore other product lines as you develop your skills and grow.
Key responsibilities

Provide technical support to new and existing customers of SEE Electrical, 3D Panel and Caneco software packages via phone, email and tickets in our on-line portal.

Work with colleagues in sales and technical departments on customer and internal projects.

Provide training to customers and internally when required (coaching and support will be provided to reach this point). Essential requirements

Proven Electrical Engineering skills.

Hands on Circuit Diagram design skills.

Experience in Panel manufacturing or design.

+5 years experience working with electrical schematics design. Fluent written and spoken English.
