As an Touchpoint Consent Manager you will build and evolve a reliable, transparent ecosystem for collecting and managing customer consent across all touchpoints. You will ensure full compliance with data protection regulations while enabling the growth of a high-quality, targetable customer base.

By creating this foundation, you will empower a customer-centric, data-driven marketing approach and help deliver a consistent and trustworthy brand experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the international rollout and continuous development of our Consent Management Platform and touchpoint consent integrations, aiming to deliver seamless, compliant, and delightful customer experiences
  • Coordinate requirements with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear technical concepts for implementation
  • Manage touchpoint integrations across customer journeys in close collaboration with Miele regions and stakeholders.
  • Lead consent and account data-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation in data management practices
  • Consult with Legal, Data Governance, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and operational processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer related data protection topics .

Skills needed for this role:

  • Completed Studies in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT or another suitable subject
  • 3-5 years' experience working in the field of project management
  • Data-driven mindset, sharp analytical with project management experience
  • Strong presenter that loves to communicate with various stakeholders in dynamic environments. Outcome and self driven.
  • Experience and comfortable working in multicultural and international environments and fluent in English (written and spoken)
