Nagomi Spa & Wellness, a sanctuary of Japanese-inspired tranquility within Hotel Okura Amsterdam, is seeking an accomplished Spa Therapist to join our team. We are looking for a true hospitality professional who understands that a five-star spa experience is defined not only by technical mastery, but by intuition, emotional intelligence, and genuine care for every guest.

The Experience You'll Deliver
As a Nagomi therapist, you will curate a seamless and personalised spa journey, anticipating needs, reading each guest with sensitivity, and delivering treatments with precision, presence, and warmth. Every touchpoint, from consultation to farewell, reflects the discretion and excellence expected of a world-leading property.

Your Profile

• Recognised certifications in massage and beauty therapy
• Proven experience within a luxury 5-star spa environment
• Technical excellence across Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone and Prenatal massage, as well as facials
• A refined, guest-centric approach with strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail
• Advantageous specialisms welcomed: Reiki, Shiatsu, Kobido, Reflexology
• Fluent English essential; Dutch an advantage
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts (morning/evening), across weekdays and weekends
