Part-Time Night Receptionist – Hostelle Amsterdam

Hostelle Amsterdam, a women-only hostel, is looking for a reliable and friendly Night Receptionist to join our team for 3 nights per week (one weekday and one weekend shift).

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in guests
• Answering emails and phone calls
• Assisting guests with questions and resolving issues
• Keeping the reception and common areas clean and organized
• Managing and monitoring guest laundry facilities
• Handling situations independently during night shifts
• Supporting a safe and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements

• Available during December, including Christmas and/or New Year
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working independently at night
• Flexible availability, including weekends

Pay: Up to €1.200,00 per month
