Global Logistics Specialist

Location: Antwerp, BE / Amsterdam, NL

OWN THE ENGINE BEHIND MILLIONS OF ORDERS A YEAR.

This isn't a back-office role. We built Loop by going all in from day one. You'll own the operational engine behind our global logistics network: the 3PL partners, the carriers, the setup that decides how millions of orders a year reach customers across continents. Logistics is one of Loop's biggest cost centres, which means it's one of our biggest levers too. Get it right and you move the needle on cost, speed, and customer experience all at once. If you've run logistics end to end and you like fixing the messy parts before they cost a shipment, this is where you do it.

The role

You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You'll own Loop's logistics network across markets, partnering closely with our 3PL and carrier partners and with Product, Marketing, Finance, and B2B to keep execution tight: orders flowing, costs controlled, transit times dropping. You decide how the network is set up, call the priorities when a shipment is at risk, and own the numbers that say whether it worked.

What you'll do (and what you won't)

  • You own the day-to-day management of our 3PL partners across a global network, holding them to their SLAs, running reviews, and resolving issues before they become problems.
  • You design and optimise the carrier setup, deciding where Loop uses its own contracts versus partner-managed carriers, and constantly balancing cost, transit time, and complexity.
  • You chase the goal that runs through everything: bringing transit times down for customers without adding cost or complexity to the network.
  • You're an integral part of vendor selection and contract negotiation from end to end, evaluating providers, reviewing terms, and helping run clean transitions between partners.
  • You read the data across inventory, cost, service levels, and volumes, and you use it to make sharper calls, not to justify the ones you've already made.
  • You partner across the business on anything that touches logistics, from product launches to retail rollouts to new-market expansion.
  • You keep building and improving the processes, tooling, and partner setups as Loop scales into new markets, products, and channels.

You won't

  • wait for a perfect system before fixing the broken one
  • let a rising cost or a slipping transit time quietly become someone else's problem
  • hide behind process when a partner needs an answer now

How you'll succeed

We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren't afraid to go all in to make things happen. You'll succeed by seeing the bigger picture and thinking in solutions, not problems. By going looking for the opportunities instead of waiting for them to land on your desk. Things won't be handed to you here, and that's the point. Systems plus instinct. Detail plus speed. Ownership without the hand-holding.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfilment, or contract logistics, ideally in e-commerce, D2C, or a fast-scaling consumer brand operating across multiple markets.
  • Hands-on fluency in 3PL, carrier management and international logistics. You know what trips up a shipment and what keeps it moving. Customs, incoterms, and HTS classification are a plus.
  • Strong working capability across WMS and ERP systems, and you use them to drive execution and order flow. Familiarity with ShipHero, Mintsoft, or SAP is a bonus.
  • You read the data: cost, service, velocity, compliance, and you use it to make better decisions.
  • You manage vendors and stakeholders across different cultures, cost structures, and time zones without dropping balls, and you're comfortable with the occasional early start or late finish to line up with a partner on the other side of the world.
  • You're comfortable with change and ambiguity, and you're a self-starter with real integrity and a genuine appreciation for teamwork.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing vendor transitions or onboarding new logistics partners
  • Exposure to retail and B2B logistics alongside D2C
  • Experience across international or global operations

Loop isn't for everyone. We might not be a match if you:

  • Wait for direction instead of taking initiative
  • Mistake activity for impact
  • Need every process locked before you'll move
  • Prefer alignment meetings over decisions

Still listening?

Good. We are not looking for people to watch from the sidelines. Loopers step in, speak up and go for more. More firsts. More growth. More: “I can't believe we did that.” If you are like that too, press that beautiful apply button and let's talk.
