Marketing-Graphic Designer

Are you a creative professional with a passion for visual storytelling and design? We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging marketing materials, support promotional campaigns, and help bring our brand to life across print and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute creative promotional campaigns.
• Transform concepts into compelling visual designs.
• Design marketing, promotional, and event materials for print and digital channels.
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files for printing.
• Support photo and video productions when needed.
• Assist with advertising coordination and campaign execution.
• Contribute to new product development initiatives across De Palm Tours’ business units.
• Assist with the management of collateral materials inventory.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• MBO degree in Graphic Design.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience using AI-powered image creation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Dutch, Spanish, and/or Papiamento are considered an asset.
• Skills & Competencies: Creative, proactive, and results-driven professional with strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and advanced computer skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
